Set on an acre of land in the resurgent Lincoln Park neighborhood, COBA will span more than 43,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor thermal space: thirteen bathing experiences ranging from mineral soaks to saunas (high heat, herbal steam, silent, even snow), a cold plunge, rain room, float pool, and heated stone slabs. Beyond the baths, there will be outdoor gardens, a tea lounge, wellness treatments, live music, classes, and community gatherings.
