We’re excited to have you involved in our projects, whether you’re contributing for the first time or are an established vendor ready for payment. This page is designed to guide you through the necessary steps as a contractor with Colorado Bathhouse (COBA) or Bathhouse Builders (BHB).

For New Contractors

If you’re a first-time contractor working with us, there are a few documents we need to collect to get you set up in our system. Please use the onboarding form below!

You will need:

Signed Sub-contractor Agreement (CoBaBHB)
Signed W-9 Form (W-9 Form)
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (CoBa | BHB)
Insurance Information (if applicable)

For Established Vendors

If you’re an established vendor submitting an invoice for work you’ve already completed, we simply need you to submit your invoice using the linked form below.

You will need:

Your invoice with necessary payment details.
If you’re submitting for Bathhouse Builders (BHB), you MUST include a lien waiver with every invoice.

Which Company Am I Sub-contracting for?

  • Construction Work: If you’re doing construction-related work, you’ll likely be contracting for Bathhouse Builders (BHB).
  • Other Work: For non-construction projects, you’ll be working with Colorado Bathhouse (Coba).

*If you don’t know which Company you are working with, please confer with your point of contact before proceeding.
